Jeez Louise set out to be more than just another food truck. Serving up a one-of-a-kind fusion of Italian pizza and Greek gyro, this mobile eatery needed a brand identity that matched the boldness of its flavours. In a market saturated with international food trucks, the goal was to build a brand experience that would be instantly recognisable, crave-worthy, and authentic, both visually and emotionally. Lo&Behold Studio was brought in to translate this culinary ambition into a distinctive brand language, capturing the brand’s premium quality, its international influences, and the personal joy of street food done right.

We started by defining a visual strategy that merged New York hustle with Italian flair, infused with the punch of a 50s Cadillac. The brand’s identity was built from the grid up, layering script typography with geometric precision to reflect both style and heritage. A punchy, vibrant colour palette reinterpreted the Italian flag with modern verve. We honed the logo down to the essentials, ensuring every curve and connection told a story. The result? A logo and brand voice that felt deliciously different, comfortably bold, and unmistakably street-smart, built to resonate with young professionals, students, and local festa-goers alike.
