Brief

Optika came to us with a vision: make eyewear aspirational again. For their Spring/Summer 2023 campaign, they needed a fresh narrative, one that positioned their collections as more than corrective tools. Our role was to craft a cohesive creative direction that blends product storytelling with editorial styling. From brand messaging to visual execution, the campaign had to balance approachability with design-savvy aesthetics, appealing to a younger, style-conscious demographic without alienating their loyal customer base. The ultimate goal? Shift perception, boost in-store engagement, and strengthen their visual language across print, digital, and social platforms.

How

We started with a moodboard that dialled into sun-soaked, cinematic stills, candid yet composed. Drawing on lifestyle photography, editorial typography, and subtle art direction cues, we anchored the campaign in moments of everyday elegance. Our creative process included refining the brand’s colour palette, curating wardrobe and props, and developing key taglines that communicated clarity, design, and ease. The result: a campaign that feels modern and effortless, with imagery that lives beautifully across lightboxes, billboards, and Instagram grids alike.

What

Our deliverables included full campaign art direction, stills production, tagline copywriting, and asset rollout across all mediums. We developed hero visuals, lookbook layouts, and social-first adaptations, each piece optimised for format while maintaining visual coherence. The final outputs were implemented across store displays, print ads, digital banners, and social channels. From high-gloss frames to matte finishes, every detail was considered. The result is a seamless brand expression that aligns with Optika’s evolving identity, inviting a new generation to see the brand and themselves more clearly.
