Brief

Holland & Barrett wanted to push beyond product messaging to spotlight a deeper brand truth: true wellness begins with how you live, not just what you take. Our task was to build a campaign that elevated this perspective, creating an integrated narrative that reflected the vitality of movement and its connection to physical, emotional, and mental health. The goal was to amplify brand relevance in a crowded wellness market while educating and energising a broad health-conscious audience, from fitness enthusiasts to mindfulness seekers. With “Move Well to Live Well,” we turned values into action and a philosophy into a movement.

How

We developed a cross-platform brand campaign designed to live beyond the ad. Our creative strategy placed storytelling at its heart, spotlighting the lives of brand ambassadors living out the movement in real time. Through dynamic photography, dual-perspective videography, and curated wellness events, we crafted an authentic and vibrant visual language. Community was key: we embedded H&B into real-world experiences like a national cycling fundraiser and outdoor yoga sessions, inviting audiences to participate rather than just observe. Each element was backed by a robust social media content plan, sustaining engagement well beyond launch.

What

The campaign launched with a hero video series that paired cinematic shots with ambassador-filmed clips for raw, relatable energy. Our photography centred on real movement, no posed perfection, just strength, sweat, and joy. Branded visuals were integrated with empowering typographic elements like “We’ve got your back” and “Your knees,” bringing humanity into health. We activated the public through wellness walks, live fitness sessions, and social media challenges, making wellness actionable, not aspirational. The result: a campaign that didn’t just promote products but positioned Holland & Barrett as the lifestyle partner in everyday health.
